Job summary

Posh is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead the technical side of our sales cycle with community banks and credit unions. You will guide customers from the first discovery call through to close and handover, map integrations with telephony and APIs, and present live demonstrations tailored to each institution's stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing solutions engineering, sales engineering, or solutions architecture role.
• Experience selling to or working with banks or credit unions.
• Proven track record winning technical evaluations on complex deals with executives.
• Hands-on technical ability; able to explain recommendations clearly.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations; security reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design from first call through handover.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to scope expansion opportunities.
• Build and deliver live platform demonstrations tailored to each institution.
• Own vendor evaluations, RFPs, security questionnaires, and due diligence.
• Scope integrations with telephony, CCaaS, core banking, and authentication systems.
• Design and run proofs of concept showing measurable business impact.
• Explain platform capabilities to executives, IT, and security teams.
• Partner with Product and Implementation teams to translate prospect needs.
