Job summary

Posh is seeking a Senior AI Implementation Manager to lead complex, high-impact client deployments of our conversational AI platform for financial institutions, including credit unions and community banks.

You will own end-to-end initiatives, align stakeholders across technical, product, and client success teams, and drive risk mitigation, testing, and documentation quality. This role requires strong communication and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering on time.

Qualifications

• PMP certification and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional client projects.
• Strong technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, and configurations.
• Experience with conversational AI or contact center tech a plus.
• Prior experience with financial institutions (credit unions, community banks).
• Strong ability to influence without authority and drive alignment.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex client implementations end-to-end, defining strategy and execution.
• Anticipate risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans.
• Align client and internal stakeholders across technical, product, and success teams.
• Influence implementation approach and act as escalation point for challenges.
• Design and refine solution approaches with technical teams and edge cases.
• Drive test case development and handoff readiness to customers.
• Develop and update documentation standards across projects.
• Ensure banking workflows meet compliance and UX needs and advise best practices.
• Mentor and support other Implementation Managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and documentation.
