Job summary

Worth AI, Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, bridging customer needs with Worth's AI-powered KYB/KYC/AML platform for financial institutions and fintechs.

You will lead tailored product demonstrations, design implementation plans, and coordinate across teams to ensure fast time-to-value and successful onboarding and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation in FinTech/RegTech or B2B SaaS for financial institutions.
• Hands-on SQL/Node.js/React skills; comfortable with developer teams on integration scoping and validation.
• Working knowledge of AI tech in FinTech with KYB/KYC/AML or fraud workflows is a plus.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with tight timelines.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts for executives and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira, Monday.com, or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team as a technical expert from discovery to close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations and PoC engagements mapped to client workflows.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria for deployments.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding and coordinate across internal teams.
• Design and deliver customer training programs and technical documentation.
• Capture client feedback post-implementation and translate into roadmap input.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and enablement materials.
• Stay current on FinTech, RegTech and AI trends in KYB/KYC, AML, and fraud detection.
