Job summary

Bretton AI, Inc. is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between Account Executives and prospective customers.

You will demonstrate value, build trust, and accelerate deals by delivering customized demos and prototypes of our AI agents. You will translate customer needs into solutions, present to CTOs and Chief Compliance Officers, and collaborate with Product/Engineering to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in software engineering, solution architecture or technical consulting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating AI concepts into business value.
• Experience building quick prototypes and debugging in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to scope and deliver customized demos.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes showcasing AI agents.
• Present technical solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Handle technical objections about integration, compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback and influence roadmap.
• Contribute to sales enablement materials and demo environments.
