Job summary

Bretton AI, Inc. is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between Account Executives and prospective customers.

You will demonstrate value, build trust, and accelerate deals by delivering customized demos and prototypes of our AI agents. You will translate customer needs into solutions, present to CTOs and Chief Compliance Officers, and collaborate with Product/Engineering to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in software engineering, solution architecture or technical consulting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating AI concepts into business value.
• Experience building quick prototypes and debugging in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to scope and deliver customized demos.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes showcasing AI agents.
• Present technical solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Handle technical objections about integration, compliance and performance.

The Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between our Account Executives and our prospective customers, playing a critical role in how they understand, adopt, and succeed with our AI agents. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will combine your technical credibility with your sales acumen to demonstrate value, build trust, and accelerate deals.

You will be the technical voice of the customer, translating their needs into solutions and providing invaluable feedback to our product and engineering teams. You will get to show prospects how cutting-edge AI can transform their compliance operations, presenting to both CTOs and Chief Compliance Officers.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Account Executives to scope and deliver compelling, customized demos that are tailored to the specific business needs of our prospects.

• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes that showcase how our AI agents can solve our customers’ most pressing problems.

• Present our technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Confidently handle technical objections, including questions about integration, compliance, and performance.

• Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback from the field and influence our product roadmap.

• Contribute to our sales enablement materials, demo environments, and best practices to help scale the impact of our solutions engineering team.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• A strong technical background in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into tangible business value.

• Comfortable building quick prototypes and debugging code in real-time.

• A consultative, customer-first mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in fintech, compliance, or with AI products.

• A background in a customer-facing technical role.
