Job summary

Solidgate is seeking an SDR to fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities and boost discovery call volume. You'll convert existing leads into genuine conversations through consistent, personalized, multi-channel outreach.

Based in the CEE region, you’ll engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and Telegram, tailoring messages to their context and ensuring timely follow-ups while handing warm leads to the Sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to convert leads into conversations and schedule discovery calls.
• Experience running ABM or targeted outreach campaigns.
• Strong written communication for outreach and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Expand the lead database for the CEE region.
• Execute multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
• Write personalized messages tailored to each prospect’s context.
• Maintain engagement with timely, consistent follow-ups.
• Book discovery calls and hand off warm prospects to the Sales team.
• Utilize data-driven growth tactics (A/B testing, multichannel outreach).
• Work with Excel/Google Sheets and LinkedIn Navigator for prospecting.
• Support automation/scraping tools to scale outreach.
