Adhesion is seeking a Solutions Engineer for its FinTech SaaS offering in New York City. The role combines technical depth with business value, working with enterprise clients and regional AE teams to scope, pilot, and present compelling proofs of value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Solutions Engineering/Pre-Sales/Technical AM experience within SaaS/Data AI/FinTech.
• Deep hands-on API integration experience; REST APIs, integration architectures, and reading code.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with Enterprise clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pilot and POV execution in complex environments with defined client requirements and present findings.
• Develop and evolve solution propositions for midmarket to lower enterprise customers.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding business needs, pain points, and tech ecosystem.
• Articulate value propositions and solution architecture with regional sales teams.
• Collaborate with existing customers to maximise value and identify new use cases.
