Cloud Software Group seeks an Account Technology Strategist to partner with customers across the Americas and international markets, translating regulatory and business challenges into compelling use cases with tailored demos and trials that show value.

Candidates should have enterprise SaaS, FinTech/RegTech and compliance experience, strong storytelling, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT and Security, collaborating with Sales and Partners to drive

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS/FinTech/RegTech or similar
• Demonstrated experience in Compliance/FinTech/RegTech
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, surveillance, eDiscovery, and data governance
• Understanding of financial-services compliance use cases
• Experience engaging Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT, Security and business units
• Pre-sales experience supporting net-new customer acquisition
• Translate regulatory/business challenges into business/tech use cases
• Knowledge of SaaS, cloud tech, APIs, data sources, identity/security, modern architectures
• Experience in competitive sales and handling objections
• Strong presentation and storytelling for technical and senior stakeholders
• Ability to partner with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Partners
• Experience across Americas and international markets beneficial
• Knowledge of AI applications in compliance and risk management
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across Americas and International markets
• Bring Compliance, FinTech, and RegTech domain expertise into customer conversations
• Conduct discovery with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Surveillance, Information Governance
• Translate customer requirements into Arctera use cases and solution narratives
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing workflows and regulatory needs
• Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear objectives
• Serve as SME for use cases involving communications compliance and surveillance
• Partner with Solutions Architect on complex opportunities and address objections
• Support competitive opportunities by articulating differentiators and value
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses involving capabilities and compliance workflows
• Engage with prospects from practitioners to senior stakeholders
• Support partner-led Net New opportunities with solution expertise
• Maintain knowledge of evolving financial-services regulations and AI in compliance
• Develop demo scenarios, use cases, POC frameworks, and enablement content
• Collaborate across teams to win Net New opportunities
• Contribute to Net New ARR growth through higher-quality technical engagements
