Job summary

Circle is hiring a Partner Development Associate to serve as the first point of contact for partners and prospects. You will qualify inbound leads, route them to the right motion, and own the full qualification on high-priority opportunities, building depth across Circle’s portfolio and coordinating with senior colleagues on complex cases.

You'll manage a prioritized inbound queue, conduct discovery to understand goals and needs, and maintain CRM hygiene with timely updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing or sales development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a prioritized pipeline, qualify leads, and move to next steps.
• Knowledge of fintech, digital assets, or global payments is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and route them to the correct BD or sales motion.
• Own full qualification on high-priority leads and provide next steps.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and close cases within 24 hours of last contact.
• Collaborate with BD, sales, product, and operations."
• Use CRM and AI-enabled tools to improve prioritization and engagement.
