Ability to learn fintech and digital asset concepts with curiosity.

Responsibilities

Manage a prioritized inbound queue and respond to new leads within SLA.
Own full qualification and handoff on high-priority leads, including discovery and routing.
Manage inbound leads across Circle product portfolio.
Lead discovery conversations to uncover goals, use case, and decision process.
Maintain CRM data hygiene and close cases within 24 hours of last contact.
Utilize CRM, AI tools, and workflows to improve prioritization and engagement.
