Job summary

Circle Internet Management Services LLC is hiring a Partner Development Associate to be the first point of contact for partners and prospects. You will qualify inbound leads, route them to the right BD or sales motion, and own the full qualification on top-priority opportunities so every prospect gets a positive first experience.

You will work with senior colleagues on cases needing judgment, manage discovery conversations, and maintain CRM data quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing or partner-facing experience in business development or sales.
• Ability to manage a prioritized pipeline and perform discovery.
• Strong written and verbal communication with rapport-building skills.
• Attention to CRM hygiene and timely follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage a prioritized inbound queue and respond to new leads within SLA.
• Own the full qualification and handoff motion on high-priority leads, including discovery and routing.
• Manage inbound leads across Circle product portfolio.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover goals, use case, and readiness to move forward.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and disposition cases within 24 hours of last contact.
• Use CRM and AI-enabled tools to improve prioritization and engagement.
