Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account management, or partnerships at a marketing agency or growth-stage company.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing channels (paid social, paid search, programmatic, etc.).
• Proven track record of growing accounts and driving retention.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Experience working with fintech brands preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through retention and growth, across Arora Media's fintech portfolio.
• Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion of services.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, roadmap planning, and executive-level reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with media buying, creative, and analytics teams to deliver exceptional results.
