Objective Brand is a growth studio known for helping financial services and fintech companies scale through thoughtful branding and marketing strategy. We seek a Director of Growth who can own portfolio-wide strategies, guide growth opportunities, and partner with founders to align marketing, CRM, and sales processes for measurable impact.

You will collaborate with brand, design, and growth teams, shaping internal frameworks and repeatable post-launch strategy.

Qualifications

• Senior strategist with experience across brand, marketing, and business.
• Confident advising founders and executives with a grounded point of view.
• Able to turn strategy into focused priorities, not just ideas.
• High standards for quality, taste, and consistency across work.
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy across a portfolio of retainer clients, guiding growth and priorities.
• Define and refine go-to-market approaches, including channels and messaging.
• Advise founders and leadership on marketing, growth, and strategic direction.
• Translate brand foundations into clear direction across marketing and client acquisition.
• Review and elevate work to maintain a high bar across client touchpoints.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with founders and leadership teams.
