Job summary

Orion Worldwide is seeking a Manager to lead the Client Strategy team, overseeing internal and external communications and supporting new business, renewals, and pipeline management. You will mentor junior staff and help grow client relationships with agency partners and clients.

In this role, you will contribute to contract terms, assist with competitive analysis, and coordinate with legal and finance on agreements, while driving client value through innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant work experience in sales, media, advertising, or client services/strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage many accounts and meet deadlines.
• Team player with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong client/agency relationships and work with Client Business Partner on account management and long-term retention.
• Maximize client billings and contribute to Orion revenue goals.
• Prepare presentations and collateral for new business efforts and proposals.
• Oversee daily account maintenance with agency partners and lead status meetings.
