Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to proactively manage the client experience and educate clients on Apex services. You will build long-term relationships with major clients, share updates and insights, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services or fintech, leadership experience, and FINRA licenses. Hybrid work with travel, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in financial services, fintech, or related roles.
• FINRA Series7 & Series63 licenses are required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and stakeholders.
• Share product updates, services, and tailored insights to clients.
• Lead regular client meetings with travel and productive agendas.
• Prepare internal teams for client interactions and requests.
• Monitor client health, growth, profitability, and KPIs.
• Negotiate contracts and align with client and company objectives.
• Manage and mentor a small team (2–3 direct reports).
