Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Account Risk and Decisions team. You will shape the strategy for onboarding, risk controls, and compliance across the customer lifecycle, balancing security with seamless user experiences.

You will guide a team of PMs, collaborate with Design, Engineering, Risk Policy, AI, and Legal/Compliance, and leverage data and AI to stop fraud while preserving legitimate customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management in Risk or Fintech
• 6+ years leading and developing other PMs
• Deep understanding of risk onboarding, KYC/KYB, AML and identity verification
• Fraud prevention and mitigation including ATO detection and adaptive authentication
• Experience with platform-level features serving multiple products
• Strong storytelling and executive communications skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking with data-driven prioritization
• BS or MS in a technical or business field or equivalent experience

Responsabilités

• Own loss and churn end-to-end with low-friction experiences for good customers
• Drive end-to-end risk product strategy for onboarding controls and risk lifecycle
• Own Data & Decisions platform as a shared capability across risk org
• Build scalable risk capabilities with engineering, policy, and AI teams
• Monitor fraud loss, false positives, churn, and decision quality across accounts
• Lead, coach, hire, and develop PMs on the team
• Influence senior leadership and key stakeholders with clear risk/reward trade-offs
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Risk Policy, AI, and Legal/Compliance
