Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a Group Product Manager to lead the Emerging Products Risk team, serving as the launch engine for Fintech Risk strategy. You will guide PMs to design and ship risk foundations for new fintech products across SMBs and consumers, balancing speed with controls.

You will own end-to-end launches, drive risk design, decisioning, and controls, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, on-time markets while protecting customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management experience launching 0-to-1 products in Risk or high-growth Fintech services.
• At least 6+ years of experience managing and developing other Product Managers.
• Experience with risk concepts such as fraud prevention across thin-data environments and launch- period loss forecasts.
• Experience with KYC/KYB, AML, identity verification, and compliance-by-design for new products, markets, geographies.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building the initial risk stack for launches.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end launch portfolio: develop a risk roadmap for new products, markets, geos, and capabilities to a compliant, on-time launch.
• Drive 0-to-1 risk product strategy for SMB and Consumer fintech products; define the right-sized risk stack for each launch.
• Implement risk controls that are live by GA and monitor launch-period loss vs forecast.
• Lead and develop a team of Risk Product Managers and foster a culture of ownership and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Risk Policy, Ops, AI Scientists, and Legal/Compliance; communicate risk-reward trade-offs to senior leadership.
