Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Emerging Products Risk team in Mountain View. Drive the launch engine for Fintech Risk, taking new financial products from concept through compliant, successful launch with robust risk controls.

You will lead a team of product managers, building risk foundations, design decisioning, and monitoring launch performance across SMBs and consumers. Strong leadership, analytics, and storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management experience with 0-to-1 launches in Risk or high-growth Fintech.
• 6+ years of experience managing and developing other Product Managers.
• Deep technical understanding of Risk concepts and controls.
• Fraud prevention and mitigation for thin-data environments (ATO, first-party fraud).
• Consumer credit and lending risk including underwriting and launch-period loss forecasts.
• Launch enablement covering KYC/KYB, AML, identity verification, and compliance-by-design.
• Decisioning platforms: real-time decisioning and policy engines.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate risk decisions.
• Exceptional communication, able to tell a compelling business story.
• Builder's mindset, thrives in ambiguity and scalable launch stacks.
• Strategic and analytical, data-driven prioritization and math of launch risk.
• Education: BS or MS in a technical or business field.
