Intuit Inc. is seeking a Staff Fraud & Risk Analyst to own loss forecasting and reserving for an assigned portfolio. You will build durable forecasts, use AI to accelerate work, and influence business decisions with analysis partners.

The ideal candidate combines quantitative precision with the ability to partner across Risk Policy, Risk Operations, Finance, and Accounting. This role emphasizes independent risk assessment and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in risk analytics, credit or loss forecasting in financial services or fintech.
• Expertise in loss forecasting, reserves, and P&L dynamics with attribution capability.
• AI-first approach to analysis while owning recommendations.
• Strong SQL and cloud data platform experience (Databricks, Hive, Snowflake).
• Excellent written communication and cross-functional partnering.

Responsibilities

• Own the independent risk view of losses and reserves for an assigned portfolio.
• Translate forecast results into actionable recommendations to protect profitability.
• Monitor trends and translate risk into P&L implications for decisions.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting to establish a single view of losses.
• Design scalable forecasting and diagnostic capabilities for repeatable reviews.
• Lead attribution of loss movements and quantify impacts and outlook.
• Advise on loss impact of initiatives and changes.
• Investigate forecast misses and variance with a path forward.
• Use SQL, Databricks, and AI to move from questions to recommendations quickly.
