Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management experience with proven 0-to-1 launches in Risk or high-growth fintech.
• 6+ years of people leadership and building teams.
• Deep technical understanding of risk, including fraud prevention and lending risk.
• Experience with KYC/KYB, AML, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision & Execution: own launch portfolio end-to-end for compliant on-time launches.
• Domain Leadership: define risk stack for each launch using AI/ML and real-time decisioning.
• Launch Risk Discipline: ensure risk controls are live by GA and forecast stays within bands.
• Operational Health: monitor metrics like time-to-first-risk-control and launch loss variance.
• People Leadership & Talent Development: coach and develop PMs.
• Culture of Excellence: foster data-driven decision making and customer empathy.
