Job summary

Intuit is seeking a senior product designer to lead end-to-end risk design initiatives across customer-facing journeys, from discovery to launch. You will own the strategy for a unified engagement and communications framework, designing AI-powered features that are intuitive and trustworthy for diverse users.

Collaboration with product management, engineering, data, and research is essential to frame problems, set clear success criteria, and drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Lead product design work from discovery through launch with strong interaction design and high-fidelity UI.
• Hold multiple personas in mind and scale patterns across surfaces and journeys.
• Use research and product data to inform design decisions and measure success.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data and research to frame problems and drive decisions.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to craft leadership within projects.

• Drive coherence across journeys and align with Intuit design system.
• Strengthen team processes through planning inputs, critique quality, and documentation.
• Mentor designers through feedback and pairing.
