• Design craft and end-to-end execution: you lead product design from discovery through launch, delivering high-fidelity UI with a strong point of view on quality and trust.
• Platform mindset and systems thinking: design across surfaces and journeys, align goals with product teams, and scale patterns across teams.
• Evidence-driven decision making: define success criteria and use research and data to guide decisions.
• Cross-functional partnership and judgment: collaborate with product and engineering to balance constraints and deliver impact.
• Storytelling and communication: clearly articulate considerations to partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for customer-facing Risk initiatives, from discovery through launch.
• Own the strategy for a unified customer engagement and communications framework.
• Design AI-powered features to be intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy for diverse users.
• Design for owners, accountants, and mid-market customers.
• Use research and product data to inform design decisions and set success criteria.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, and research to frame problems and drive decisions.
• Drive coherence across journeys by aligning with Intuit's design system.
• Mentor other designers through feedback and craft leadership.
