Qualifications

• 2+ years in full-cycle fintech sales or finance-department sales.
• Track record of exceeding targets in a technical or solution-based environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS or subscription businesses.
• Proven pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management to help SME and Growth customers.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s financial technology around clear customer value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology teams to move opportunities forward and support strong outcomes.
• Improve the sales motion by documenting best practices and representing Airwallex at industry events.
