Job summary

Mesh is building the infrastructure for a tokenized economy and seeks a Revenue Operations lead to own finance systems, integrations, and billing engines. You’ll manage Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Bill.com, and the data warehouse to drive accurate revenue metrics and commissions.

You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to implement scalable reconciliation, settlements, and reporting while ensuring data standards and robust governance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations, finance operations or billing at a payments/fintech company.
• Experience shipping integrations with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience building revenue metrics and administering sales commissions.
• Experience writing requirements with engineering teams and taking them to production.

Responsibilities

• Own finance and revenue systems architecture and integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Bill.com, card programs and data warehouse.
• Co-build billing engine for ramps and payments with partner fee schedules, markups and settlements.
• Build reconciliation and alerting systems for platform transactions, partner statements, on-chain activity and ledger.
• Own Salesforce data standards, accounts, HubSpot sync, pipeline reporting and pricing guardrails.
• Produce payments metrics and account health views showing ramping or slowing customers.
• Administer sales commissions from Salesforce and billing data.
• Automate non-payroll close work like expense allocations and revenue reclassifications.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for AP intake, coding, payment matching and collections.
