Job summary

Metriport, a healthcare data technology company, seeks an entrepreneurial Finance lead to own the entire financial stack end-to-end on the BizOps team. You will manage banking, invoicing, bookkeeping, and FP&A with a focus on fast, accurate close and scalable operations.

You’ll drive revenue operations integrations (HubSpot to Stripe, Stripe to QuickBooks) and improve collections, budgeting, and reporting while representing the company to investors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, MBB Consulting, or a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• The Financial Stack: End-to-end management of banking, invoicing, bookkeeping, and FP&A.
• Close: Own month-end and year-end close, ensuring books are pristine by the 15th of each month.
• Operations & RevOps: Support Sales by driving RevOps and integrating systems (HubSpot to Stripe, Stripe to QuickBooks).
• Reporting: Track and improve collections rate, budget vs. actuals, and departmental purchase request turnaround.
• External Relations: Serve as the professional face of Metriport to accountants, investors, vendors, and customers.
