Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate - Finishing/Bindery on the nighttime shift, with training provided to operate high-speed bindery equipment. This is a full-time, on-site role on the 7p–7a shift, offering overtime opportunities and a path to grow within print manufacturing.

No bindery experience is required; candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to read instructions, basic math skills, and a reliable, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Basic math and measurement reading ability.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry is a plus but not required.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Move materials to/from workstation safely.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work with team to hit daily production goals.
