Job summary

Macy's Fine Jewelry Department is seeking a dedicated Sales Colleague to provide exceptional customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, helping customers select pieces for life’s special moments. You will use product knowledge to educate and assist, build client relationships, and promote loyalty programs.

You will also support inventory, events, and merchandising, ensuring security and presentation of merchandise while collaborating with the team to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related sales experience required.
• Strong product knowledge of fine jewelry and luxury brands.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to drive sales and client loyalty.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
