Macy’s Fine Jewelry is seeking a customer-focused Sales Colleague to provide outstanding service in our Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones and brands, helping them choose pieces for special moments with elegance and personalized service.

You’ll build lasting client relationships through consultative selling, promote loyalty programs, and support inventory and events while maintaining impeccable presentation and security of merchandise.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Interest in fine jewelry and ability to learn product details.
• Experience in sales or clienteling is a plus.
