Job summary

Macy’s, Inc. is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague who delivers outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, and build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and our clienteling program.

You will promote loyalty, support inventory and events, and ensure impeccable presentation and security of merchandise while achieving sales goals with your team.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Provide product recommendations and assist with fittings and digital shopping tools to create a positive shopping experience.
• Drive sales and operational excellence using product knowledge, vendor training, and accurate stock presentation.
