Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver outstanding service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, helping them find pieces that celebrate life’s moments.

You will build lasting client relationships through consultative selling, loyalty programs, and exceptional hospitality while supporting inventory, promotions, and events to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Provide product recommendations and consultative shopping experiences.
• Maintain an organized, inviting jewelry display with accurate pricing and signage.
• Support loyalty and warranty programs and participate in store events.
• Meet or exceed daily sales goals while delivering exceptional service.
• 1–2 years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand needs, and present jewelry selections.
• Assist with fittings and educate on materials, craftsmanship, and brand stories.
• Process transactions accurately using POS tools and document interactions.
• Monitor stock, signage, and merchandising to keep the floor ready for customers.
