Job summary

Macy’s Inc. is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver outstanding service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.

You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, building lasting relationships through consultative selling and clienteling while meeting sales goals. You’ll promote loyalty programs, support inventory and events, and ensure impeccable presentation and security of merchandise.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance in Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.
• Drive sales and client loyalty through consultative selling and use of clienteling tools.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS tools to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs and participate in events and vendor trainings.
• Maintain organized, shoppable displays and accurate stock presentation.
• Support inventory, fulfillment, and loss prevention to protect assets.
