Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You’ll educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, while building lasting client relationships through consultative selling and clienteling tools.

You will promote loyalty and warranty programs, support inventory and events, and ensure secure, well-presented merchandise. Flexible availability and a sales-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Provide product recommendations and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Read and understand employment policies in English.
• Drive sales and client loyalty through organized sales floor and clienteling.
