Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver outstanding service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones and luxury brands, and help them select pieces for special moments with personalized service.

Responsibilities include promoting loyalty programs, supporting inventory and events, and ensuring impeccable presentation of merchandise while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular attendance.
• Ability to understand and communicate with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Provide product recommendations, fittings and digital shopping tools.
• Drive sales and client loyalty through clienteling and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex and educate customers on pieces.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs and assist with inventory and events.
• Ensure security, accuracy and presentation of merchandise and maintain organized space.
• Use POS tools effectively to complete transactions and service customers.
• Build lasting client relationships and achieve sales goals.
