Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You’ll educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, using your product knowledge to guide selections while building lasting client relationships.

You will promote loyalty memberships, assist with inventory and events, and ensure an impeccably presented, secure merchandise area. A strong focus on sales goals and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Drive sales and client loyalty through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Comfort using point-of-sale technology and digital shopping tools; maintain organized, shoppable space.

Responsibilities
