Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi offerings (sashimi, nigiri, maki) with precision and consistency.
• Fabricate and portion fish accurately with premium quality handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sushi station.
• Adhere to food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen team and leadership to ensure smooth service.
• Contribute to creation and refinement of new menu items.
• Engage with guests with warmth and product knowledge when appropriate.
• Support opening, mid-shift, and closing station duties.
