Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of professional sushi experience in a high-volume upscale dining environment.
• Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation, traditional techniques, product quality, and proper ingredient handling.
• Strong knife skills with precision, speed, and accuracy.
• High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; guest and team interaction.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a full range of sushi offerings with precision and consistency.
• Fabricate and portion fish accurately, ensuring freshness.
