Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the kitchen.
• Works with executive chef to develop event menus and seasonal offerings.
• Trains, teach, and mentor hourly cooks and dishwashers.
• Organize and execute daily production and prep lists.
• Orders products for kitchen.
• Facilitate inventory and scheduling.
