Job summary

Alliance Hospitality Group in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking culinary professionals with a passion for cooking and hospitality. You will work across Garde Manger, Fry, Sautee, Pasta and Grill stations, contributing to a polished, high-end dining experience while supporting a dynamic team.

Responsibilities include banquet prep for events up to 300 guests, family meals for hotel staff, weekly Chef meetings, and maintaining safety, quality and cleanliness. Flexible hours and overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine-dining restaurant or hotel kitchen environments.
• Ability to work across multiple stations and adapt quickly.
• Commitment to hospitality, quality and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute prep for Banquet Events up to 300 people.
• Prep and Execute Family Meal for Hotel Employees.
• Attend weekly Chef Meetings.
• Assist banquet and service teams to meet guest needs promptly.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, proper storage and FIFO.
• Follow recipes, timing and company standards to ensure quality.
