Job summary
Alliance Hospitality Group in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all aspects of kitchen operations, culinary execution, and team development in an upscale setting.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership, experience with openings and banquets, ServSafe Manager Certification, and strong English/Spanish communication. Expect about 55 hours per week with evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in upscale or fine-dining settings.
- ServSafe Manager Certification is required.
- English bilingual with Spanish a plus; not required.
- Ability to work ~55 hours per week including evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Experience with restaurant openings and banquet operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations, culinary execution, and team development.
- Maintain food quality, standards, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver a warm, memorable guest experience.
- Oversee schedules, inventories, and vendor relations to optimize costs.
