Job summary

Alliance Hospitality Group is seeking a Lead Banquet Cook for a high-end, high-volume Scottsdale kitchen. You will prep and execute banquet events, manage multiple stations, and maintain strict quality and timing to meet our gourmet standards.

The ideal candidate holds 5+ years in fine dining/hotel kitchens, is Serve Safe certified, and can work flexible hours including dinners, weekends, and events. Join a polished team delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fine-dining restaurant or hotel cooking experience.
• Garde Manger, Fry, Sautee, Pasta and Grill station experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
• Must be available to work irregular hours, weekends, holidays.
• Serve Safe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Execute Banquet Event orders.
• Prep for Banquet Events up to 300 people.
• Prep and Execute Family Meal for Hotel Employees.
• Attend weekly Chef Meeting.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, FIFO and safety/storage measures.
