Job summary

The Inn at Willow Grove is seeking a professional Fine Dining Maître d’ to join our restaurant team. You will manage reservations, seat guests, and coordinate with FOH/BOH to deliver a seamless guest experience in a luxury setting.

With 2+ years in resort hotel/restaurant host roles, you will lead table management, supervise seating times, and uphold exemplary hospitality standards while maintaining a gracious, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of Resort Hotel/Restaurant Host, Maître d’, or serving/bartending experience preferred.
• Open availability, efficiency, and punctuality required.
• Able to work unsupervised efficiently and organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Professional and gracious communication via email, phone, and in person with guests.
• Receive and record dining reservations or respond to inquiries via telephone or online system.
• Table management, organize floor plan, manage dining room flow, communicate with managers.
• Seat guests to meet reservation times and ensure courteous service.
• Anticipate and meet guests’ needs and resolve guest requests.
• Communicate with FOH and BOH to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Interact with guests to resolve complaints and maintain hospitality standards.
• Data entry and daily logbook, daily reports, and tasks as assigned by F&B Director.
• Assist the F&B Director with various tasks and uphold exemplary hospitality standards.
