Job summary

Proper Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Maître d' to oversee daily front-of-house operations in Palm Springs. You will manage reservations, seating, and the flow of guests while leading the dining room staff to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with culinary and management teams to ensure a seamless dining experience, maintain standards, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure accurate orders and efficient service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Assist in managing guest check-outs, billing, and payment processing; monitor front-of-house costs.
