You will lead servers, coordinate reservations, and uphold Talk of The Town service standards in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dining operations and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of dining room servers and host/hostess.
• Support dining management in training on fine dining guidelines and reservation etiquette.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper opening/closing of the host stand.
• Ensure proper attire/uniform for team members.
• Assign servers to reservation floor plan.
• Attend pre-meal meetings and assist during dinner service.
• Handle reservations by phone and in person; manage calls and messages.
• Coordinate set-up for special events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
