Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality leadership roles with proven ability to lead service teams.
• Experience in fine dining settings and managing guest experience at scale.
• Strong focus on staff development, training, and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial performance and daily execution.
• Ensure guest experience standards are consistently met through training and coaching.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and internal reporting to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive marketing, reservations, and sales initiatives to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Manage interviews, onboarding, and development of service team and management staff.
