Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a true fine dining General Manager in diverse restaurant operations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Disciplined and firm about standards of performance, yet fair and personable in developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, process checks, resolve guest complaints.
• Lead front of house managers and employees; interview, hire, train, schedule and develop FOH staff.
• Conduct performance reviews for dining room managers and staff; set developmental goals.
• Develop and manage annual financial plan and menu planning with Executive Chef; cost control.
• Lead safety, health prevention measures and monthly inventory.
• Lead daily menu classes and weekly management meetings.
