You will oversee labor scheduling, cost controls, and adherence to safety standards while developing chefs and supervisors into future leaders. This is an on-site leadership position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a restaurant or guest-facing team.
• Experience managing labor, costs of goods, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as the most senior member of the leadership team.
• Manage margins and overall restaurant performance.
• Prepare and cook with attention to recipes and consistency.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and maintenance procedures.
• Restock stations and maintain an organized kitchen.
• Oversee food ordering and labor scheduling as needed.
• Interview applicants and identify future talent.
• Develop Chefs and Supervisors into future leaders.
