The Iberian Pig in Charlotte, under Castellucci Hospitality Group, is seeking a detail-oriented Special Events Coordinator to lead private dining experiences and group events. You will coordinate menus, staff, and logistics, and ensure events reflect warmth and high standards.

Ideal candidates are creative, organized, and capable of managing proposals, contracts, timelines, and post-event follow-up with a guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all private dining and group event inquiries.
• Collaborate with guests to design customized experiences that reflect their vision, preferences, and budget.
• Coordinate menus, wine pairings, staffing, and logistics with GM, Chef, and Service Team.
• Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and floor plans.
• Manage event timelines from inquiry to execution, including deposits, confirmations, and post-event follow-up.
• Ensure events meet CHG standards — polished, on time, and guest-focused.
• Maintain accurate event records, financial tracking, and reporting.
• Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and community organizations to grow opportunities.

The menu is built around creative, shareable Spanish-inspired tapas and an extensive wine list of Spanish wines and craft cocktails served in a high energy, fast paced environment. Our service team is expected to embody a high standard of professionalism and hospitality.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Special Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of private events, group dining experiences, and special activations. The ideal candidate is both creative and organized — someone who thrives on crafting memorable experiences that reflect the restaurant’s identity and CHG’s standards of service. You will be the bridge between our guests and our team, ensuring every event embodies warmth, precision, and hospitality.

Compensation Details

$45,000 - $58,000 yearly salary + booking commissions
