Qualifications

• 2 years of managing a fast paced kitchen team.
• 2 years experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry.
• Experience with profit and loss statements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise employees while executing standards and operational excellence.
• Support the management team in all aspects of operations.
• Model hospitality and guest experiences ensuring service standards.
• Expedite food and ensure order accuracy.
• Coach and counsel employees with documentation when appropriate.
• Manage front-of-house scheduling to meet staffing and control labor costs.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Steakhouse experience.
