In this hands-on role, you will manage operations, labor, budgets, inventories, and the beverage program, while fostering hospitality and staff development to drive profitability.

You will work evenings and weekends as needed to support business needs. Mayahuel emphasizes warmth and high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven General Manager or senior leadership experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop managers and team members.
• Strong financial acumen with labor, budgets, inventory, costs, and forecasting.
• Experience with elevated wine, cocktails, and beverage programs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
