Noble 33 is opening Toca Madera – Miami and seeks a General Manager to lead the new restaurant's operations and financial performance. You will oversee both front and back of house, ensure compliance, and guide a large hourly team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

The role requires strong leadership, operational acumen, and a proactive mindset to uphold brand standards and guest experience. Collaboration with the Director of Operations is essential to strategic growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations, inventory, and food safety.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with proactive mindset.
• Leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Understanding of cost and labor systems for profitability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• Experience conducting performance evaluations.
• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse large hourly FOH staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and culinary teams.
• Ensure venue management processes and compliance with regs.
• Train and oversee venue managers.
• Manage OpenTable/Reservation systems.
• Handle maintenance issues promptly.
• Uphold service standards with hospitality focus.
• Oversee guest experience and staff relations.
• Ensure menu/beverage presentation integrity.
• Contribute to service standards and guest relations.
• Oversee inventory and pars; P&L reporting.
• Ensure brand standards and mint condition.
• Participate in weekly Marketing & BD meetings.
• Staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure tips distribution among staff.
