Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in a service-oriented, fine-dining restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations and create memorable experiences.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to balance hospitality, team leadership, operational standards, and financial performance.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and maintain consistent standards for food, service, and hospitality.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with attentive, friendly, professional service.
• Drive restaurant sales through urgency and engagement in operations.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance to keep the facility at its best.
• Utilize basic computer applications and POS systems to support daily operations.
• Lead and develop restaurant staff through coaching, evaluations, and accountability.
• Support PR, marketing, and sales-building efforts.
